FITNESS FOR A CAUSE
We are committed to spending our energy for the benefit of others. We have a variety of fitness classes. Every class you take helps us serve and bless our community and world.
We've done hundreds of free fitness classes in a halfway house, a youth drop-in centre, a high school, the city hall lawn, and in various Indigenous Communities. We've also done women's self-defence classes for at youth at risk, single mothers, and in Reserves.

We've served thousands of meals over the years through local shelters, youth centres and other
organizations. We've put together hundreds of backpacks for kids.

Love our neighbours
We are committed to serve, bless and learn from Indigenous Peoples of Canada. We ventured into Moose Deer Point Reserve for the first time in 2013, and fell in love with the people and culture. We are actively involved in 3 Reserves on Manitoulin Island.
